P.A.L.E. A.L.E.S. (Princeton And Local Environs Ale and Lager Enjoyment Society) is a non-profit club which provides opportunities for people with a common interest in homebrewed beer, mead, and cider making to share ideas, brews and friendship. Club members will provide helpful tips from fellow homebrewers. We meet monthly on 2nd Mondays. Join our Google Group for the latest news. And of course, check back here.
We have at least one club competition each year.
Our meeting locations vary largely on the topic. We might be at the Firkin Tavern in Ewing one month to listen to a brewer discuss their craft or out at Kane Brewing Company in Ocean, NJ to tour the brewery. Any pub, brewery or home with an appreciation for craft brew within an hour of Princeton is fair game!
Dues to join PALE ALES are just $30 per person per year. We also have a $45 “family” rate. We hope to have paypal working soon to accept dues. Until then, any board member will happily accept your dues at the next meeting.
