MORE ON THE PALE ALE PUB CRAWL
On July 14th, SATURDAY (Bastille
Day) PALE ALES will hold its
first ever NYC pub crawl. The following is some additional
information for those interested:
*We will meet at the PRINCETON
JUNCTION train station at noon, - NOT the Princeton train station (dinky stop).
This train leaves at 12:30
PM, arriving in Penn Station at 1:40 PM.
*Train prices/schedules - It is $ 13.00 for a round trip to Penn
Station. Plan to get there early to buy tickets. (There is a $3.00
surcharge per person if you buy them on the train).
Trains run back and forth on the
hour. The last trains back to
Princeton Jct. / Trenton leave from Penn Station @ 11:43 PM, 12:42
AM, and 01:41 AM. I don't think we have a planned departure time yet.
But of course, people can leave when it suits them.

subject to change! The plan is to
make 6-7 stops, with approx. 1 hour at each place. Places under

JUNE 29, 2-4 p.m. Rittenhouse Square.
.
Many beer geeks and industry people will be there, including Paul

in colonial garb to sing the national anthem.

will speak and they will follow us on the pub crawl
provided that we buy them some beer.
* Then we will have an open mike for people to speak about
American beer and represent their state.
* We will all take the American Beer Month pledge.
* There will be bottled spring water from the Poconos for the rally.
* Bob will sing a closing song, and finally
* we will begin the march to the Pub Crawl
The rally (open to all) is from

pub crawl (maps will be provided. lots of brewer types from
various regions will be on the loose in Phila Fri and Sat,
incl Larry Bell from Kalamazoo Brewing, Carol Stout & the usual
suspects from NJ/PA/MD/OH/VA breweries, and more!)
